Cafe Trang is a family-owned and -operated restaurant has been known for serving some of the best Vietnamese food in the state since 1987.

The restaurant now also offers Chinese dishes –– mostly Cantonese with some Vietnamese influences. Here, traditional Vietnamese and Cantonese offerings are served in large quantities at reasonable prices.

Café Trang now serves at 4 locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley (Salt Lake downtown, Park City, Draper, and Murray).

Menu items are listed in groups with brief English descriptions of each. Vegetarian meals are featured, along with an excellent lemon chicken. A special menu key denotes the spiciness of each dish. Domestic and imported beer are available, as is a small selection of wines.
